I believe that when you walk into a session, there should be a heartbeat, a personality, a vibe. Because that’s what makes me feel good and I want you to feel good too.
One to one sessions are a great way to start out – giving you confidence to join a regular class, or for a more long term commitment to resolving personal health or fitness concerns.
Personal attention ensures that you get as much as possible from your session, allowing you to make real progress in a supported and safe environment.
Whether you need chair-based work following injury or surgery, an introduction to yoga or exercise, or just the discipline to practice regularly at a time that suits you, one to one sessions could be for you.
