“Yoga is boot camp for the soul.”
Many of our clients are being advised by their GP to take up mindfulness and yoga to ease high blood pressure and other effects of stress. If you need a class or personal programme designed for those who have little or no experience, ask about our beginner’s courses. Class size is small to ensure individual attention. The class will help improve knowledge of the basic form of the postures as well as how to align your body in each pose. It also is designed to provide improved breathing, balance, and flexibility while giving you a renewed sense of wellness and balance. The session ends with a guided relaxation.
